Sleeping 6 Hours per day for about a week

Image
Sleeping 6 Hours per day for about a week.. it's cool I am at least getting some ideas to blog about. Last year 2019, I probably slept more than 12 hours a day for more than 100 days, but 12 hours of sleep is oversleeping. Like too much sleep. Maybe not 100 days but I spent almost every day of my summer break sleeping alot. I would go sleep at 11-12 night and wake up at 12pm or sometimes up to 2pm next day. It's wasting more than half of your day just doing nothing but sleeping. It's a total waste as now I think. But this recent week has been different or say February in general. When I stay at home I sleep alot, like 10 hours minimum. I am a very lazy person and I love sleep too much lol, I guess most people do. But since I started going back to college and staying at PG, my sleep habits changes. At home I am not able to stay late at night but I can wake up later. At PG I sleep at late night but I have to wake up at a fixed scheduled time, I definitely don't wan...

Why I am back to reading Books.. again?

Image
Why I am back to reading Books.. again? Well the answer is pretty much very simple: because I felt like reading books, I missed reading them and all these feelings came very recently, say like 10 days or the starting of February 2020. I kinda felt 2020 is going to be a different year for me, well every year is but you know... Feels lol. I wanted to read but I had no new book to read and I surely didn't want to read pdf books on my phone because it sucks. It hurt my eyes and it just doesn't give you the experience a beautiful book does. But I am a lucky person sometimes and I found that my friend bought some new books and he told me about them, one of the book was Everything is F**ked. Basically the second part to The Subtle Art of Not Giving a (f word). I haven't read that one but I got the opportunity to read Everything is F**ked one. So I borrowed it and I finished it today, and damn it was such a beautiful amazing experience. I loved the book and the things I got...

My Life & Amity University, Noida's College Life

Image
My Life & Amity University, Noida's College Life Can't believe it's been 21 days already of 2020 and then at the same time it was kinda long. It depends on how you think it passed, I mean If I remember the New year's Eve while I was watching New Year programmes on TV with parents it feels like it was months ago but in between there has not been much interesting things. It was really cool trying that live a different life everyday thing. Because of that I found and saw some really good stuff on the Internet, particularly on YouTube. I found new music artists and music, also music I listened when I was 12-13 years old but didn't remember the song name. Watched amazing movies and oh Mr Robot finale was so good too.   Oh and I am back to college, yesterday which was Saturday was my first regular class day even though extra classes happened. It was fun being at Amity again, seeing old people and then I got introduced to two more. You know I would ...

I just couldn't focus at all properly - Semester 1 University Exams

I just couldn't focus at all properly - Semester 1 University Exams Today is 2nd December 2019, my exams started 21 November 2019 and now only one exam left which is on 5th. I know I was so happy switching my course from Hotel Management to Journalism & Mass Communication. Because I had interest on this field but it's the focus that I am not able to put at all during examination breaks. Almost all the exams I have given so far have been just "passed" like and some are really bad. I don't know I try to study through the notes but my mind diverts so much by my smartphone, mainly social medias or music or laptop or basically anything. It's not like this used to happen with me with all the exams. Before my exam started I had focus and I was studying properly but suddenly in the recent weeks something has changed, I honestly can't put the real focus, the focus that makes me do great things. I remember during the start of the semester, I was like I ...

The Rich Party & Friendly Life I always wanted! - Expectations from Life and What it is! Today's topic is going to be a little different and I will talk about the expectations I had and well have with my life. When I was joining Amity for the first time with Hotel Management course I knew I am going to an University which is quite famous for all the rich kids there having a party and fun culture. My life not gonna lie has been really boring and dull. I always wanted to have a lot of friends and just having a lot of fun going to different places and having all the fun. But then I have some problems which is that I am an Introvert type of person. I am good at chatting online but when it comes to talking in person I get problems. I don't know how to actually start a good conversation and actually keep it and make people like me and my personality. I thought being around with people at Amity will improve my personality and communication skills and I will make some really nic...

Time once gone will never come back! - The Value of Time

Time once gone will never come back! - The Value of Time My parents were so right, they always used to say that learn the value of time as soon as you can because it is something that is the most valuable thing of all. Time never waits for anyone and once it is gone, it will never come back. I will turn 20 years old next month (3 October 2019) and for me this is currently the most unbelievable thing but damn it is really happening. It's hard to believe for me that I have already lived almost 20 years of my life. I am going into my young adulthood phase and it feels like I haven't achieved so many things in my life yet. The last 3-4 years of my life were pretty different because I just craved for fame and money. I wanted to be internet famous, I still want to be famous but it just feels like I have spent a lot of time being a different version of me on the Internet. And I have made a lot of wrong decisions in my life that brings me here to this point. When I was in my s...

My decision of switching course from Hotel Management to Journalism & Mass Communication! 31 August 2019: I've said this a lot on this blog but again mentioning that earlier I was doing Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) from Amity University, Noida. Did it for a year and then dropped out... switched to Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication (BJMC) from Amity University, Noida only. It was not an easy decision but I finally did and it's almost a month since my first day begun (Orientation Day) of BJMC. Yeah I started as a fresher, got to experience the fresher life once again in my life. But it wasn't all new for me as I already know alot about my college. I mean yeah I experienced it for a year and made a lot of memories with a lot of exposure. Not gonna lie it was a great year but for career wise I definitely had to switch up my course. Today is the last day of this month and from tomorrow September begins. I'm honestly loving it here. I am not regrett...

Life of a Hotel Management Student (Amity University, Noida) - THOUGHTS OF ARPIT CHAUDHARY PRO_RAZE

Image
3 February, 2019 7:28PM: Just a while ago I had made a post on the experience I had with having admission at Amity. It wasn't that briefly explained, I mean with the admission procedures and stuff but I just you know put up stuff I had faced like rejections during applying. Today as of now I am a student of Amity University, Noida. I am gonna be real with you, Hotel Management wasn't the first option I had on my mind. You should read my previous post if you have not. The main reason I am doing Hotel Management right now is because my father said and said it's good for the future opportunities, in fact I did not even researched about it. All I mainly knew is that in this course we get to know on how to cook and manage a hotel which really isn't the complete scene. NOTE: THIS IS BASED ON AMITY, UNIVERSITY NOIDA ONLY AND NOT OTHER HOTEL MANAGEMENT INSTITUTES.  Photo by:  @05shantanu  on instagram My first day of Amity Noida was 19th July 2018 which was the first...

My Experience with Amity University Admission (NOIDA) - THOUGHTS OF ARPIT CHAUDHARY PRO_RAZE

Image
3 February 2019 6:39PM: Last time I updated this sweet blog I had made for sharing my thoughts was um... 15 January 2019. It's quite a while I know but damn I am such a lazy person, it's alright for me to update my meme blog which doesn't requires any writing effort so that is definitely a regular habit lol. Well I am not gonna get into that, I just wanted to share my little experience regarding admission with my current university which is Amity University located in Noida. I am a Bachelor of Hotel Management Student (BHM) and well Semester 1 has already passed and I am on Sem 2 now. I remember a year ago around at this time between January-February I was researching about colleges I could get into and the nice ones and i came across Amity Noida which is one of the most recognized university of India, it's a brand name and also one of the most expensive private universities. I still little can't believe I am studying here and my parents getting to afford it ...
