Why I am back to reading Books.. again?
Why I am back to reading Books.. again?
Well the answer is pretty much very simple: because I felt like reading books, I missed reading them and all these feelings came very recently, say like 10 days or the starting of February 2020. I kinda felt 2020 is going to be a different year for me, well every year is but you know... Feels lol. I wanted to read but I had no new book to read and I surely didn't want to read pdf books on my phone because it sucks. It hurt my eyes and it just doesn't give you the experience a beautiful book does.
But I am a lucky person sometimes and I found that my friend bought some new books and he told me about them, one of the book was Everything is F**ked. Basically the second part to The Subtle Art of Not Giving a (f word). I haven't read that one but I got the opportunity to read Everything is F**ked one. So I borrowed it and I finished it today, and damn it was such a beautiful amazing experience. I loved the book and the things I got to know about. I learned alot about human psychology and the society we have built and I am gonna be honest, it sucks and we suck. Everything is screwed. I learned some things that I am going to apply on my life, what's the point of reading a non fiction book when you don't apply some things to your own life... To improve it or to mess it up more it is up to you my friend.
And it just doesn't end here. I actually realized that I study in Amity University Noida which has a huge library with thousands of books, and it is actually very nice. Now I think besides college, playing games and uploading to YouTube, watching shows and movies, hangout etc. I should give some time to reading at the library daily... Or just borrow a book perhaps. Last year I read some books as well but I had stopped it because I was tired of reading them on phone and the one I had bought which was The Alchemist. I had read the entire book in one day. It was damn great. But as I said... It's going to be a beautiful year with much more wisdom and the experience. I love my life. Sometimes it sucks, but I love it.
