MORE ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TODAY AND FUTURE - ARPIT CHAUDHARY PRO_RAZE



30 December 2018: So I have watched quite a few videos of FUTURE AI on youtube and i just wanna make a short list of current day ANI that exists in our day to day life inspired by this video.

- AI Personal Assistants like Siri, Cortana, Google Assistant etc.
- AlphaGo Zero for playing the board game GO  which is million times better than humans
- AI Auto Drivers like in Tesla
- AI in social media, e-commerce sites, music players like spotify etc for recommending things
- AI lawyer Ross
- AI Investor Numerai
- AI facial recog like in Microsoft pcs
- AI Doctor IBM Watson
- Further Deepmind AI projects
- Humanoid robos like Erica, Asimo etc. funding all over the world
- AI Robos playing other games like ping pong, chess, arcade games, mario etc.
- Robots for taking trash out, dominos robot, robots offering menu, robots cleaning and sweeping different areas, robots for agriculture, for giving speech, robot drones for delivery service, robots used in military for war purposes, robots for rescue where humans cannot go and much more and there are new ones coming every single moment, alot of technological advancement is going on all over the world and this year 2018 alone billions spent on AI research and further development.

In that video AI is categorized in 3 levels
ANI - Artificial Narrow Intelligence (present day)
AGI - Artificial General Intelligence predicted b/w 2030-2040
ASI - Artificial Super Intelligence predicted by 2060 or beyond, maybe way sooner? who knows

Our present day tech experts and engineers, scientists and other well respected people are kind of scared that AI could get beyond their limits and could be harmful to the humanity in the future. It can get million times smarter than us that we cannot even think of the intelligence it could get at and how it thinks and perceives its surroundings.

There is two charts two comparing levels of intelligence that i first found on google and also demonstrated in the video i linked above



we can't even think of where the intelligence could go at such levels, thats ASI. 

Now let's talk about IBM Summit now that's a super computer and in the video its stated that if every person that currently exists on earth (7 b) does one calculation per second, it will take 305 days to catch up Summit which does that in 1 second. Wow we have already accomplished this and imagine what will happen in the next 10,20,30,50,100 years from now.

and its not even limited to that but everything on the internet, in last 1 year more data was created than it did in last 5000 years of humanity, thats alot of data. Well i am basically stating the facts of that video as i am watching it.

FERMI PARADOX - ARPIT CHAUDHARY PRO_RAZE

31 December 2018: Damn it's really the last day of this beautiful year, currently 11:52AM and I just watched a Joe Scott's video on The Fermi Paradox . This topic always amazed me and all the possibilities that could be out there like are we really alone in the universe or 100+ theories where 10 were mentioned in that video, see I already knew quite a few of them from other sources. It started with a mind blowing fact that in our night sky alone, we see a fraction of the milky way galaxy and it's one of the 100+ billions of the galaxies in the universe as we know it by ourselves yet even after years of looking out finding possibilities we still haven't found any evidence of a smart civilization or any civilization or life of any kind. Talking about Neuralink Presentation (August 28, 2020), Elon Musk and AI

Neuralink had its second major presentation this Friday or August 28, 2020. This was something I have been waiting for since like a year when the first presentation happened and I got to know about the possibilities of brain computer interface, the ones which are being made by Neuralink and is owned by my one of my most favorite person living on this planet, Elon Musk. In this blog I will be giving my views on both. The possibilities that can happen with Neuralink is mind blowing and we are getting closer as it is progressing, it can not only heal people which have neuron related problems like blindness, depression, not able to hear etc. but also merge our brain with the AI gods that we will produce and they will master soon enough. In my childhood I used to watch Doreamon cartoon show on my TV alot and the gadgets and technological possibilities show in that mostly fictional and scientifically impossible like travelling back in time. Well but the imagination of it really impressed me, a few years ago I watched Stephen Hawking's NATGEO show where it showed the way by which we can travel in the future, scientifically possible which is travelling near the speed of light and the time gets slowed down, he showed the hypothetical space ship which we can build to travel in future but he also showed a paradox which makes travelling back in time not possible. THOUGHTS ON FUTURE AI - ARPIT CHAUDHARY PRO_RAZE

So I basically created this blog to share my thoughts about the things I read and experience on the Internet or in real life. Today 30 December 2018 I watched a video named " WHY AI IS THE MOST DANGEROUS THING YOU CAN IMAGINE ". You can simply click it to watch the video. At first the guy talked about the dangers that AI could possess over humanity and there were too many fascinating points that just sounds like science fiction but well I really love these things and knowing about them. I want a super awesome future and I have wild fantasies about that lol. One thing that amazed me in that video was that some years ago Facebook created AI chat bots for having convos with us but instead they put 2 bots over each other and made them talked and after some time these bots starting having conversations in their own language, facebook shut it down after.
