Just Mercy - Movie Review & My Thoughts with Black Lives Matter (PrO_RaZe Reviews) CONTAINS SPOILERS Day 7 (4 September 2020) and wow it's a week now since I started watching movies on daily basis, Just Mercy was a beautiful movie which showed me the side of justice that doesn't really give proper justice to many people. Based in Alabama of the US, Bryan Stevenson a Harvard graduate who decides to do justice for the black people who were pleaded guilty to death sentence which they did not deserve. I mean they weren't really guilty and as the legal system is messed up, they don't get the justice. It happens mostly to the black community which face so many problems and racism, which really sucks.  I mean some months ago when Black Lives Matter moment was at its peak as still stronger than ever, I got to feel this community more. There was a person named Walter McMillan who was pleaded    for a murder he did not commit and was to serve a death sentence, by Bryan decide...

CONTAINS SPOILERS Day 6 (3 September 2020) of my daily movie marathon and today I picked A Beautiful Mind which was again in top recommendation by Prime. I read and found it is based on a real person who was a mathematician, didn't know anything about it so decided to start and I finished just some minutes ago. And damn I enjoyed it, it was a beautiful movie. But damn I didn't know this movie was old, I mean got to know in between. This movie was released in 2001 and I'm gonna be honest as always, I am not a fan of old movies or in watching them. I just like to watch modern movies or movies that aren't like decades old, because I just don't relate to it's overall storytelling ways and environment. It's also not like I hate old or classical movies, I don't in fact I appreciate them. I appreciate classic films and actors so much but I love seeing stills from these films, posters you know images, or reading a bit about them. Or watching short clips where I ...

CONTAINS SPOILERS Day 5 (2 September 2020) and I picked Birds of Prey to watch, it's a movie I wanted to watch since a long time ago, when I saw trailer of it the first time in theater while I was watching another movie with my college friends. It looked amazing, but I couldn't watch it in theater. Now I finished the movie some minutes ago and it was pretty alright. Not the best superhero movie I have seen, but it was alright. First half of the movie was basically setting of the story for the second half when main stuff starts happening like fighting the main villain just like every other superhero movie but if I compare it with other movies I have watched, from. I'll say I enjoyed Man of Steel, Joker or Batman vs Superman more. I won't say the movie was boring, If it was boring I would have left it in between but the second half got me hooked.  Harley Quinn is good and I like her but personally the other characters in this movie were really boring or you can say not so...

CONTAINS SPOILERS - HER (2014) Day four of my movie streak and I was looking for another movie on Prime and this movie named her popped up on recommendations. I read a little and it said artificial intelligence and just from reading AI I was sold. And so I started, I am obviously gonna talk openly about the movie and my feelings and that means spoilers. I don't believe in reviewing when I can't even talk openly about every aspect. From starting to the end this movie had my entire attention like it was so great. I was just thinking about the movie and not my surroundings, I was hooked. During the starting and the futuristic stuff kinda felt like a Black Mirror episode. I'll in fact say this movie was like a Black Mirror episode. It showed me a glimpse of technology that can be like in the future, our main character Theodore was an introvert guy whose marriage had collapsed recently and was soon to get divorced.  He worked at a place where he wrote letters for other ...

CONTAINS SPOILERS In my movie streak that I am doing, The Theory of Everything was my third movie at day three and this movie was so beautiful like I literally loved watching this one. It was based on the life of Stephen Hawking, someone I loved since I was little and got to know about him. I always admired him and he inspired me to love the universe and the beauty of cosmos. I have always seen him on TV sitting on his electric chair but in this movie I got to feel the life he had when he was younger and before he fell in love and started his journey. This movie was a beautiful journey and I loved the setting, the English feel of the mid 20th century and beyond.  His life was actually really nice and when he met Jane and fell in love with her, it was so nice watching it. I could feel love between them. And then life happened and things started changing when he got to know about this problem and was told that he has only two years to live, still Jane loved him and said she ...

CONTAINS SPOILERS Today, 30th August 2020 I decided to watch another movie on Amazon Prime and picked Mad Max Fury Road. I wanted to watch a Mad Max movie since a long time ago but finally did it and it was a pretty good decision. This movie if I have to put in short: It is full of action and mind blowing cinematic moments, this movie is full of energy and violence. It's basically fire. In fact I will say this is one of the best cinematic movies I have watched. Talking about the story, it was very simple or you can say soft and the movie mainly focuses on action and rage. Story wasn't much satisfying. At first I wasn't really getting what is going on because this is the first time I tried a Mad Max movie but later it was just a journey to the green place which was is long gone before Furiosa realized it, and then they go back to where they come from but in between Max joins her when all the action was going on and some more characters joined to support like Nux and...

CONTAINS SPOILERS Today I decided to watch a movie after a long time on my phone, and so I picked Elysium because I wanted to watch a science fiction movie. Elysium is basically the name of a space station in this movie which is the new world for the wealthy class of people living their best life with immortality and the best benefits and care possible. The movie is set in the year 2154 where Earth is too populated and polluted. Almost the entire population living there is of poor class or middle class breathing terrible air with just poor everything. There are advanced robots who replaced police men and military too. Our main character is named Max who since childhood wanted to visit and live at the Elysium. His friend Frey was his best friend since he was little and they would share stories of going up there one day. Max liked Frey. Max grew up to be a person with multiple felonies. Personally I liked the movie, it wasn't the best movie I have watched but it was good eno...
