The Theory of Everything - Movie Review & My Thoughts (PrO_RaZe Reviews)
CONTAINS SPOILERS
In my movie streak that I am doing, The Theory of Everything was my third movie at day three and this movie was so beautiful like I literally loved watching this one. It was based on the life of Stephen Hawking, someone I loved since I was little and got to know about him. I always admired him and he inspired me to love the universe and the beauty of cosmos. I have always seen him on TV sitting on his electric chair but in this movie I got to feel the life he had when he was younger and before he fell in love and started his journey. This movie was a beautiful journey and I loved the setting, the English feel of the mid 20th century and beyond.
His life was actually really nice and when he met Jane and fell in love with her, it was so nice watching it. I could feel love between them. And then life happened and things started changing when he got to know about this problem and was told that he has only two years to live, still Jane loved him and said she wants to be with him for life. I don't wanna spoiler much here but as time passes and things change, things you love change too. It taught me some things about relationship and that people do fall out of love at a certain point when they just don't feel it anymore.
Stephen had his problem but still Jane showed full support. The struggle Stephen faced in his life was painful but he was very strong and smart, and he changed the world by his work on cosmos. He was so lucky that he had a very good friend Brian through his time and other mates. About two years ago he passed away in real but he will always be remembered and loved and I will always respect him. When I was little I wanted to be a scientist, well now things are different and I am doing a course on media but I still love science and the beauty of it, especially the universe. When I saw Stephen meeting Jane and they both clicked looking at each other, it gave me hope that soon I'll find someone too who will really love me and won't give up on me for life. That's what I always wanted to believe in but I have seen a lot of things and it's okay if things go in a different way.
The main thing is to enjoy life and do great things that you always cherish and others do as well. The actor who played Stephen's role Eddie Redmayne, I never knew about him before until today and seriously he did an outstanding job. Beautiful acting and Felicity Jones did great too as Jane. I think the entire cast was brilliant. Eddie felt like he is Stephen himself by his performance. Stephen's main purpose in life was to find an equation that will explain everything in the universe, maybe one day we will really find it. Overall, this movie was incredible, perhaps a masterpiece. It showed joy, pain, struggle, success and gave inspiration. It made me love Professor Stephen Hawking more and appreciate him and his life. I will give it a 9.5/10. Rest in Peace.
